We don't need this over crowded with more then 4000 people killing over 80 trees we are ok as we are there as been more then enough new builds in West Hendon colindale and mill hill and not all of them are occupied this would cause chaos to the area and all the roads around we do not have enough school doctors dentist for this and if a fire happens would there have the right equipment for that heights
